DO NOT JOIN! I joined last October despite being told there would be Wi-Fi available for me to work from there they Wi-Fi did not work at all, I complained and asked for a member of the team to contact me, that never happened! Fast forward two months my bill went up with no prior warning/email at all. I cancelled the direct debit immediately contacted the club again asked for someone to contact me, visited the club twice and asked to speak to someone. Eventually (March) I spoke with someone and said I would not pay the higher membership fee as I had been a member for a matter of months (2) and had nothing but issues. They said they would in that case cancel my membership, which I was delighted with. Here we are in June and I have just been stung with a debt collection company calling for the £2000 I apparently owe the club! £194 for an outdated club with no membership team member ever available to speak to, a teeny little spa that is overcrowded… I shall enjoy my lovely new membership at Nirvana Spa where they are wonderful. My compulsory one star goes to the reception team and some of the class instructors I had whilst there. My advice is avoid!

Got a parking ticket in the car park despite being disabled and my family is a member of the club. Heart rate machine in the gym is always broken. Very busy. Not impressed for the price
