The forensic Experience
I rang up regarding membership a week ago and booked in a time/date for a viewing of the club. I asked the man I spoke to in sales to email me the information including day and time as I wasn’t able to write it down (and my brain was fried because I had just lost my Dad.) I didn’t get an email so 5ish days later I rang again to say I hadn’t received email (spam checked). The man I spoke to in sales said he would get his colleague to email me that day. I’m still waiting for the email. My worry is, if the membership /sales service is like this when they are trying to encourage you to join up and get the sale, do I really want to run the risk of joining up for £80 a month and getting this sort of service as a member?
