    The quailty of David Lloyd's work is excellent - he is polite, creative with the frames he advises and has great craftsmanship- the items are definately worth waiting for - but do be prepared to WAIT - he doesn't break a sweat ! Hence 4 stars and not 5.

    Don't bother using this framer. I waited almost a year for my two paintings to be framed. I called him and he said there was a shortage of materials which I understood so I waited for another several months then called again, but they were not ready yet. I went to collect the paintings, there was no apology whatsoever. Interestingly, he was talking to another customer and measuring frames etc. I wonder how long the customer has to wait now.

    Dropped off 2 pictures for framing in July 2021. Made several checks to ensure all was ok given the time of delay. Given assurances by the owner all was fine but delays due to covid. Contacted David again early Oct 2021 And things improving and finished by end of week. Fast forward to Jan 2022 and advised and pictures would be read end of week again but found out he lost one of the pictures and hadn’t started any of it. Perhaps in the future don’t lie to clients and be straight up front. Avoid!
