I've only been a member 3 weeks but have been every day since I joined. The staff are lovely and the facilities are good but over half of the machines heart rate monitors do not work. I reported this 2 weeks ago and have reminded them 3 times but nothing gets repaired. Poor management!

I used to enjoy attending David Lloyd Newbury, but the customer service has been consistently poor, particularly with regard to the maladministration of their billing and processing what should be basic administrative tasks following a significant injury. Despite numerous efforts to work with David Lloyd to get this right, they fail to respond to correspondence, calls and a formal complaint. Hugely disappointing.
