Discussing they have removed the steam and sauna, now only available for the more privileged membership. already pay a arm and a leg but have to pay additional to have a steam. During the refurb it never mention in the new letters that people would loss the use of the steam and sauna

The parking etiquette at this club is terrible. At peak times people will park on yellow lines (both in the parking lot and outside the gate), on the grass verge, in the handicap bays without blue badges, and in the family parks without children. All so they don't have to use the overflow car park and walk an extra 100m to the gym. Yes, they are too lazy to walk an extra 2-3mins from the overflow car park, yet pay a premium to go to a nice gym to be healthy. I honestly don't understand it. Despite the club sending out a communication about this, they do little to enforce better parking behaviour, the situation hasn't changed in over a year. Besides dealing with muppets in the car park (including the 4x4 drivers who can't park in the lines of a parking bay) the gym is pretty good.

Absolute waist of money at this club. The food is not good quality and is little in size. No adequate parking space. No information given on price and they tell you can use the new spa and then deny you access on arrival! The gym is lacking in size and equipment. Forget about customer service of any kind more interested in their social media. One star at best you email to complain they don’t respond and deny all knowledge! They pick and choose the access for the new spa which isn’t anything special! Management really needs to sort it out!

Scammers! Been a member 10 years plus. Every year membership price goes up. Been without a spa for the last year or so - fair enough doing it up. Spa now open again - surprise surprise can’t use it without paying more money. So I now pay the most I’ve ever paid for a membership and have the least access to facilities I’ve ever had. How does that work?
