Cleanliness is one thing you cannot expect at David Lloyds Coventry. Mouldy steam room, slimy showers and stinky lockers is a Normal thing. Complaints put out in the surveys you get after your visit is useless with standard response that we'll look into it but nothing happens. They are enrolling new members everyday but the facility is absolutely gross. Gym, equipment are good and are maintained but still the uncleanness is creeping there as well. With the money you for a family club you are not getting the worth of your money and the un-hygenic environment might make you sick. So stay away or when you come to see the club that you visit everything mentioned above to confirm that the management has taken care of the issues before you commit your money to the membership.

I won't say its the best, but we had good times and floor was quiet sturdy which affected our ankles running on it, but it was okay comparing yo other courts.

Only accessible by car, walking through canal creek, find it dangerous to walk through especially in winter and spring. Front desk reception response is useless and no response even when left information.

I've been to a few david lloyds and this has to be the lowest standard one. The gym itself is fine, but the rest of the facilities are dirty, rusting and just unclean. The showers remind me of the public showers from my school when i was young and even the shower itswlf was falling off and spelt like a mens public toilet. This is the 4th visit in 8 months so I know this is not just a one off as this is the same every time. The pure spa is no different, just not worth the money, the treatments are generic and low standard, just disappointed and my nails I had done last time looks like my little cousin had done it. Girls were lovely, just the quality is low.

I feel 1 star is to much. Joined on a 12month contact with the family, they are trying to make me pay 13 months and now sent it to a debt recovery agency. I raised safe guarding concern about the changing room and they didn't care, I had to put several complaint in and 5 months until they did anything about it. They discriminate again anyone who has health problems and again are unwilling to help unless you put in a formal complaint even tho there own t&c say you can end for that reason. I would say don't use this GYM there are many different ones that treat you like a person not just a number. Defo stay clear don't use save your time and money. Wish I never joined.
