Very disappointing I have a platinum membership and recently moved to the area so can only use this branch Their gym is so basic with outdated equipments The AC is very high and they say they can’t lower it down. I am struggling to warm up and continue my workout every time. It’s poorly maintained and doesn’t justify the premium price we are paying. 😔🤦🏻♀️

Im a member of another club and used this club today, friendly staff, however the gym is freezing cold ,took ages to warm up and again was losing it between my sets. 😬 The swimming pool is nice and good size steam room. There are 4 Toilets in ladies changing room 2 are closed and another 2 the flush don't work 😑 honestly we don't expect this from DL

Now only allowed one small towel instead of two. This may be a petty moan, but paying £400 for membership id expect more from DL Bromsgrove staff. Some staff are lovely whole some are the opposite, unhelpful and unfriendly. Certainly not customer focussed, actually quite the opposite.
