Outrageous! A simple estimate was requested to re upholster a large bespoke sofa. Via several emails, it was thought best that they visit to assess the amount of work and materials needed. An appointment for the next day was recieved; only then was it mentioned it would cost £150 for an estimate. On principle it was cancelled immediately and on conversation an irrational attempt to backtrack that lead to their demise; most unprofessional!
