I have Radial Artery Urethroplasty surgery on 26thOctober 2021 in The London Clinic hospital with Professor Ralph and Mr.Christopher Nin. My journey was too hard with too much pain. Before this surgery * Unnecessary surgery 2 times cystoscopy (2020 and 2021 with errors or careless site) * Improper medication. * Poor follow-up or careless with bad nurse until my neighbor called 999 (Chelsea and Westminster Hospital help me my life). No one can reply me after bad nurse wrong treatment I called 5 times and 10 emails. * Careless discharge in office manager behavior. These are what I experienced in this clinic. Not simple negligent.

Obviously, I can only speak for my experiences and before switching to prof Ralph I had a different surgoen with a very different way of working so my review might be influenced by this. I had surgery Prof Ralph on the NHS (to correct a complication from my previous surgoen) and then privately (for the next stage). Prof Went very far out of his way to find an alternate solution when I didn't want to use my arm as a donor site for a graft. Seem's very kind and shows empathy and makes time for patients questions. He really seems to genuinely care. He's always looked for the best way to do something for a specific patient and given me a choice in my care (e.g. instead of just saying do you want a urethroplasty, like my previous surgoen, he gave me a choice of donor sites). Nurses at his practise are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and come across as absolutely lovely. Admin staff are really friendly in person (they came down from their office to offer to help me up the stairs). Great with dressings and post op care - I wasn't just left to deal with everything on my own and was asked on more than one occassion whether I was comfortable doing donor site dressings. He was willing for me to come to the clinic daily for post op care for other dressings. He was very honest when I saw him for the consultation about what he though was in my best interest umprompted: he said that I'd get exactly the same treatment on the NHS and that it might be better for me to do so compared to taking out loans. He also didn't charge me for any extra consultations that were needed, dressings or post op care (they were all included in the total cost). Private waiting times were really good. NHS waiting times would've horrendous for the 2nd surgery I had with him, but that has nothing to do with him and everything to do with the specialist clinic everything has to go through to get referred to him in the first place. Waiting times for the urgent surgery on the NHS were minimal though. I havn't healed enough to comment about the result of the 2nd surgery. The first was an urgent surgery and I had an infection at the time so I think he did well considering.
