I absolutely cannot recommend this opticians enough! The service is amazing, all of the staff are so helpful and attentive, and make the experience feel tailored to you. I have to shout out Louise too, who offered incredible customer service and was very empathetic of the fact my frames had broken the day before, so I was keen to get a new pair quickly and Louise was amazing at helping me with this. Thank you Louise! David Inman’s have an amazing selection of frames, for various budgets. They use amazing technology and the branch is incredible, it’s very clean and welcoming.

I have been attending various opticians for the last 46 years because of complex myopia. The care and attention at David Inman's is simply the best I have had in the last 30 years. I really could not recommend them enough to you. I have a condition that had gone undiagnosed for some time and without the care shown at this practice it would have continued undiagnosed and got worse. I am so grateful that I decided to register with them. Thank you guys.

I visited David Inman’s specifically because I wanted to buy some Lindberg frames. The consultation was excellent and very thorough. I ended up choosing some photochromic lenses as I was about to go to Thailand and wanted my glasses to double as sunglasses. Unfortunately, when I arrived in Thailand I quickly realised an unfortunate error had been made and my new glasses did not darken when exposed to sunlight. I emailed David Inman’s and they apologised for the mistake - but more importantly they sorted out new lenses, a similar frame to the one I had, and express shipped them to me in Thailand (I could swap the lenses to my true frames when I returned). Mistakes will occasionally, and inevitably, occur but I think it is how a company behaves when this happens that really matters. In this respect David Inman (and, in particular, the manager Christian) were outstanding. As a result I can confidently, and enthusiastically, recommend this optician.
