I asked if an item of jewellery could be fixed and if so how much. The item was taken into the back and the next thing I know I'm being charged without being told how much beforehand and without giving my consent to go ahead. Second time I've been in this shop and I don't rate the customer service at all. I won't be going back!

Great Service! Took in some random shaped semi precious stones, asked if a pendant could be fashioned, got lots of help and ideas from the assistant and was absolutely delighted with the result. At the same time an old ring which had lost its stone was repaired. Could not be more pleased, thoroughly recommend this jewellery business.
