  Totally unprofessional contacted the company as my sign was damaged asked if it could be fixed or if needed a new sign was told could be fixed and i also enquired about a new sign asked if we could speak about it to be told to look at hes website! I did was quoted a price and said i would have repair for now if possible and come the new year would arrange for new sign to be made when i decorated and could speak to him hadnt heard back for couple of weeks which he did say he was busy would be couple of weeks so after couple of weeks i contacted him to see if we were any further forward to be ignored waited a week and contacted him again to be told my sign isnt big enough they only deal in big jobs there is proof on the website and businesses i know that you have done signs smaller than mine so not only is my money not good enough and not a big enough job you lied instead of just been honest and saying weeks ago you didnt want to do my job as wernt enough money init for you i havd every single msg as proof and call log from first contacting you appauling service so glad i never got to hand a penny over to you and by the response on some of these reviews its just a normal attitude you have

  After been let down by a few sign companies I looked locally and found ascension signs. The owner Steve was very professional helped pick out a design and even suggests a few ideas himself like painting th front grey and the amber lighting will contrast with the grey, we were skeptical of the idea as we have never seen this kind of colour scheme but wow! It looks amazing and I can’t thank Steve and his team for doing an excellent job. Thank you Steve Adham Khan Manager - Shaheen’s indian.

  I would just like to say a big thank you to the Guys at ascension signs, I have been using this company for nearly 15 years and the service is the same every time "Incredible" from designing to fitting our new signs for our business premises nothing was too much trouble for them, the new signs look great and I'm sure we will raise our company profile to new levels. Great staff, quality products whether it's a vehicle wrap or designing a logo from scratch, I can highly recommend this company for any Design, print or signage needs, thanks again guys and i look forward to seeing you's in the coming weeks to start the wrap on my brand new ford custom van.   Great service from Steve, Replied to all my emails at all times of the day almost instantly or with in a few hours (I live in Dubai and travel often so lots of time zone changes) even with a total design change, Steve recommend images to use because of he quality they would produce when enlarged.   I have used Ascension Signs to do 4 offices over the last 10 years and every time the job has been done to a very high standard. I have other companies call into my Sea Road office to ask who did the sign and I am more than happy to recommend Steve to do a good job for you. I have only seen these reviews after looking online as I want him to do some more work for me. Speak as you find but every time Steve has promised me something he has delivered on it.   Poor quality full of excuses avoid at all costs. Paid over 4k for illuminated sign had to eventually get another contractor to correct the abomination of a frame work that this company put up not to mention all the delays and excuses trying to get it done in the first place. Feel free to contact me direct can show pictures of the efforts this company can produce. He even has it as a flagship sign on his webite what a joke.

  Ordered a job and was given two prices I opted for the full job at more expensive price. Paid upfront as requested. Job took 4 weeks longer to start than quoted, Steve had a lot excuses about machines going down and him himself being let down by engineers. When the job did get started I only got the cheaper 1 vinyl service. Steve had more excuses about why the full job couldn't be completed. After 3 months or so I just asked for a refund of the overpayment. Steve has been dodging this refund for almost a year now. Promises of cash being dropped into the shop have been broken on more than 5 occasions. I have visited his premises and he even processed a refund on his pdq machine which he later cancelled according to the provider. I have asked for bacs transfer several times but he blames not having a card reader. Every credible business who plans on paying people should have one of these. He has promised to send cheques on several occasions but nothing arrives. When I call his business mobile number (no landline number for his business) my call goes direct to voicemail unless I hide my caller ID. When he answers I normally get an apology and another promise of payment which never materialises. I notice other people have reported similar behaviour and he has claimed its a competitor. Well I have full proof of email threads, texts and even the cancelled refund receipt to show that he has done everything to avoid paying what to a business is a nominal amount. The amount of work he has lost through business I could of referred far exceeds the value of this debt to me. I have been chasing him out of principle alone, but I now feel other should be aware of his business practises. I suggest you avoid at all costs. Or at least do not pay until the work is competed satisfactorily.
