I don't usually go out of my way to write positive reviews but David Dyer Saddles really deserve one. What a superb shop! First of all excellent customer service - very, very helpful staff who really care. My product initially turned out to be out of stock (which they refunded) but next day they had a delivery of saddles which unexpectedly included the item I needed, then called me to ask if I still needed it. Which I did! And they were very helpful & quick to respond as well with my questions about the product itself. What a great shopping experience. I wish all online shops had customer service like this. Other than this there is extremely wide palette of choice and quick delivery. I don't think there is a saddlery with so much choice, especially when it comes to brands such as Prestige or Erreplus. Oh and a pack of polo's for your pony as well. Will definitely shop here again!

I can't rave enough about my Fairfax grackle bridle or the excellent, kind, and patient customer service from Leah at David Dyer. My horse is in between sizes so I was having trouble getting the right style or fit for her so I called to arrange an onsite bridle fitting. Leah arrived with an assortment of bridles and sizes to try (but first took the time to meet my horse and let her get comfortable). After trying all the options we landed on the grackle which my horse relaxed into straight away and she is now going like a dream. The bridle as well as the call out has been totally worth the investment. I will totally recommend Fairfax Bridles and the fitting service David Dyer provides to all of my friends!
