In the current pantheon of retailers of "pre-loved" watches, there are more vagabonds and spivs than flies in a horses stable on a hot summer's day. So welcome to the complete antithesis. An honest, genuinely knowlegeable, caring and enthusiastic business that stands by its reputation and not only to the point of sale but afterwards. My wife and I treated ourselves to a couple of Breguet watches from them in May 2021. David looked after us that day. Hers was a 1992 model and mine around 2009. We had a delightful conversation about Breguet history and it wasn't as if there were no other customers there. He just took time. A few months ago, the automatic wind on mine became a little temperamental. I contacted them to ask who they used for servicing and the immediate response from Tony Gedalovitch was "That's not right, pop it in". So I did. And they fixed it. No fuss, no "Ooh, well it's out of warranty/have you worn it in a Turkish bath?/have you tried standing on your head and shaking your arm in rhythm to Land of Hope and Glory?" And not only that, they handed it back in "showroom nick". There was never a mention of any payment. And took time to chat about other watches even though they knew we weren't buyers that day. Of course it's customer care. Of course we'll go back as soon as we have enough spare dosh but we're certainly not at the top of their client spenders list and it's just so refreshing to have this experience. Bless 'em.

First time and last time. Rude and obnoxious. Walked in hoping they can offer me some advise on a particular vintage watch that I have been seeking for a while. I was met with a curt nonchalant response. Knowledge of vintage watches was sketchy, which was shocking. Surprise such a place like this has survived this long. Nothing nice about these two men at all.
