Mr Corey broke my hold notes for at least 7 notes, and he refused to fix it without further payment. There were no issues before and he even acknowledged it was strange and that it wasnt like this when he first saw the piano, but insisted on payment. He also charged £160 for a double tune but was not there longer than an hour. He increased the sound by a semitone without asking and he stuck stickers inside my piano which I did not consent to and will now not come off without damaging the woodwork and looks messy. His behaviour when questioned was rude and argumentative. I am very disappointed with his service.
