Spoken down to and patronised by an incredibly rude woman on reception. She left a bad taste in my mouth before the keys had even been handed over. Was not only rude to myself, but also the family member I was with. Paid for the diagnostic and got issue sorted elsewhere. Service starts at reception and it was overall an upsetting experience.

Don’t waste your time . I took my car for a leak repair and all they did was clean the area and charged me . Took advantage of me cause am a woman of colour . When I called to say the problem was not solved and I needed my money back . I was told they would only give me £20 from £180. Which I don’t even have in the end. I took the car to Sinclair and the problem was sorted . Since I lost my trust in this garage.
