So bad. Sent 5 of 7 coaches - and those that showed were over an hour late - booked for an all-school trip from London to Margate. They suggested they send the other two the following week 🙄 Then we had one fewer coach for the return leg, meaning even more children to be returned to London by train. One star feels generous.

Coach 30 mins late to pick us up. On the way back the coach behind broke down and our driver stopped for 30 mins to help them making us very late. Called the office and they were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend or use again.

This is a coach company I will advise you not to hire. This coach is too old and broke down at Brighton beach and took nearly 5 hours for engineer to arrive. The kids were very stressed and wouldn't like anyone to go through this ordeal.
