Such a thief people went for motor bike service first told by £100 fee for service when I want to take my bike they ask me to Pay £289.99 for service I was surprised because they didn't even change any thing every thing was fine just change oil,i have to pay 289.99 because of my work l, i do not want someone get robbed by them.I strongly not recommend these people for anything

Ordered a new Herald Cafe Racer from Davey Bros this month and from start to finish I can have no complaints. Very professional and any questions were answered quickly. The bike I wanted had to ordered in to the shop and then delivered to me nearly 5 hours away and this was all sorted and done by Davey bros. Completely painless for myself, just sat and waited! Would highly recommend nothing is to much trouble!

Brought a moped of these, took it for its service every 6 months, missed 1 because covid hit us again but took it when we was allowed to do so, they said they changed the belt & bearings, 3 months later the belt snapped & the side stand came off, when I called them & said it was still under warranty they said they may not be able to do it under the warranty because I may of caused it if I washed it too often, when I explained I don't wash the underneath I just wipe it down they then said that might go against my warranty so I was confused, I then got some one who's professional to call them because they was fobbing me off & they said to him to bring the bike to them so he did but when he turned up with the bike the staff said "we're not excepting that nail" so he had to bring it back, he then phoned them again & they was argumentative, they then sent me a email saying the person that called them was threatening & that they are refusing to give the bike any more services & repairs, they also told me that they called the manufacturer & they said it won't cover the warranty so I contacted the manufacturer & they said they have not had any communication with this bike shop, they lie & they don't follow the warranty so don't buy from these because you will not get anywhere when it comes to repairs under warranty, took it to another bike shop & they said that this is common with this bike shop, I'm now taking this matter further with the proof that they Do Not Cover Warrantys! They well & truly rip people off!
