I cannot shout from the rooftops enough with the excellent service, quality, competitive pricing and professionalism shown from ALL of the staff at Dave Morgan, especially from Dave himself, Jilly his wife and Ian the fitter. Not only have i ordered 2 sets of slats from them and delighted as to how happy i am with the blinds and the follow up service is incredible and all i will say i cannot recommend them enough!!!!

Terrible quality - inoperable blinds. No customer service. Unanswered calls. I had large motorised blinds installed at significant expense. Within a few months, the blinds warped and so would not roll back up. Dave sent one of his team to inspect and identify the problem. When a second individual came to make the repair he identified a different problem to the first inspector. Dave never returned any of my calls or emails after that leaving me with blinds that I couldn't close. After six months I gave up and paid for a replacement set of blinds from a different supplier.

Really good service, these guys really know about blinds. They make and fit blinds and they also do repairs (useful to know when so many blinds suppliers seem to be much keener on selling blinds then on fixing them when they need fixing). They helped me out when the tilt mechanism on my venetian blinds jammed - very friendly and prompt service and much appreciated.
