After completing an unpaid trial shift (4 hours of production line esq printer work, not an unreasonable ask considering the line of work and the specialty equipment you'll never have used before) you'll be told no to having a breather outside after a 30minute run up and down stairs with 10-20kg boxes of paper taking 2 at a time. Doing this with someone could be deemed as training. Doing it alone means you're doing some manual handling work nobody else wants to do. Instead of the manager you've asked telling you no, they'll say yeah no problem and run to tell another manager to intercept you and tell you no instead.
