I have been intrigued by the extraordinary fabrics at Dashing Tweeds for a long time, so when I recently spent a long weekend in London I decided it was time I made myself a Christmas present. Excellently advised by the sympathetic Guy I spent a good hour putting together my jacket. After the uncomplicated measuring, I was spoilt for choice among dozens of wonderful tweed variations in different fabric weights, colours and designs. This time, I went for a heavier Scottish tweed in a wonderful emerald green. Starting with the width and shape of the lapel to the colour to the material and size of the buttons, I was able to let my personal taste decide on more than a dozen details. The jacket arrived faster than the six weeks promised, and I could tell that the measuring and tailoring had been done to perfection as soon as I fastened the button for the first time. I have already received lots of compliments on this wonderful piece and I am already looking forward to my next visit to Dashing Tweeds. Thank you very much to the Dashing team!

I wandered into the store on a visit from Canada. Holly then spent over an hour with me as I chose a tweed and she measured me for my fabulous new jacket. I picked everything from lapel width to buttons. It was simply a wonderful experience. My jacket has now arrived, as promised. I could not be happier! I look forward to my next visit in February.
