The food here and the views are great. Just a few caveats; -a few waiters and a manager have poor understanding of the English language. It's not a problem because you get there in the end, but it's not smooth when trying to order food. -the security upon entering the building, frustrating when you want to get to a reservation.

I came expecting the view to overshadow the food, but was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the food and service were as good as the scenery. I highly recommend the pancakes with Chantilly cream & fresh berries (pictured). My wife ordered the eggs royale and also enjoyed them. One piece of advice to improve your chances of being seated by the window, make an early appointment. We book an appointment for shortly after they opened at 9 am. We arrived a little early and when we were seated about half of the window seats were taken and it was clear they were making it a priority to seat people near the window. The later you arrive, the more likely you are to be making on gamble on if a window seat opens up. I included pictures of what the observation deck below the restaurant looked like when we were seated at 8:45 am versus what it looked like at 9:40 when we finished eating.

Nicely presented and well ran restaurant on the 36th floor, right within the Sky Garden. The service was very prompt and professional, food pretty good and prices OK. Tables for small and large groups, a small bar mostly used for people waiting to be seated. Can be confusing to get inside building. Go to back, do not get on the long line for the Sky Garden only. Walk to the door and speak to attendant or go directly to the right side of reception desk to check in. They'll send you to 36th floor. However the elevator only goes to 35. Once out, turn left or right walk up steps to 36. The restaurant is cantilevered over the garden like a glass box.

The staff is quite friendly and this first impression makes the experience good. Food is ok, but not amazing. I believe everything is about the view which of course is breathtaking. You can enjoy breakfast or lunch while contemplating the whole city. Book in advance as it is often crowded and I advice to get early, it is worth it and you will avoid the crowd. For a place like this prices seem fair, around 20-30£ per person.

(Translated by Google) I took a mother-daughter trip to london for 5 days, where a visit to the Sky Garden Brasserie was a planned highlight from the start. Finally a nice luxurious meal. However, in my opinion, expensive food that is moderately good with a great view is not everything. We were greeted at the entrance of the building by the staff who were not very attentive to tourists. They talked like they were tired of being nice and just told us where to take the lift. Personally, I immediately felt like last class and wondered whether we were even in the right place here. Unfortunately, that was us. When we arrived at the top, we were put aside with other waiting customers because the service team still had a meeting, although you have to be there 45-15 minutes beforehand and we were there 25 minutes beforehand. They told us we should go to the garden at that time, but it was closed due to a private event and the stairs were locked. (We went downstairs because a child arranged the barrier haha.) The garden, however, was a complete disappointment. Sorry but those were just green plants on the sides of the room with the bar in the middle. Not even colored plants/flowers. We even googled if that's really all. Yes, it is. Well, when we sat at the table we were happy because our place was right next to the pane. The view was great except for the private event at the bar below us. We always had the same waiter, who was also very nice, but I think he always stressed us out. "I get you the water and when I come back you tell me what you wanna eat" or something like that. They also speak very quickly and often have other accents, which makes it 3 times more difficult than a tourist. I ordered a burger with fries and my mother roasted chicken.-see photos. The roasted chicken was even good while the burger was very dry, the meat was slightly overcooked and somehow oversalted. weird burger. Some fries were also of such an unpleasant consistency - see the completely brown fries on a picture, on the left in my bowl. Relatively ok fries. I wanted to use the sauce with my food to make my burger less dry. However, the sauce was probably not my thing because I felt slightly bad.. if you think I'm exaggerating slowly, no, I'm not. I left half of my food there. So it wasn't worth the money. At this point I would like to apologize for writing a whole novel and point out that I know there are also people who have good experiences, but unfortunately it was a pure disappointment for us. So in the end I recommend it more to visit a few other restaurants in a good location. It's also cozier than weird "luxury" brasseries that make you feel high class and rob poetmonaie. ,,I get you the water and when i come back you tell me what you wanne eat“ oder so in der art.
