The entire team at Co-op Dartford are fantastic. From the moment we had to make the initial call , in a state of shock and high emotion, and then throughout the entire process of arranging my mums funeral they all acted with genuine care, compassion and professionalism. The amount of dignity and respect you have shown my nan at the end of her journey will be forever in my memory. You have been honest and true full throughout the whole journey thank you for making what was one of the hardest days of my life in a way easier, my nan was a dignified private lady and you helped keep this right until the very end.
