I was looking forward to going back to Fairfield pool when it reopened after renovation with my son who was 4 so I could to teach him to swim properly When we got there, there was only afew of us queuing and we queued for nearly an 1 hour even when there was 2 people at the reception lol When we got into the changing area to my discust there was black hair everywhere from the Indian family before us when they got changed and came out absolutely gross When we got in the baby pool it was freezing so we went into the shallow end of the big pool still it was absolutely freezing then we saw a poo floating next to us thst was it i had to get out of there overall the place is filthy discusting the staff are rude and need to be educated properly the way this place is run is shocking the blind leading the blind
