Ever since a replacement dentist failed to numb me up sufficiently before having root canal work done over a decade ago, I avoided going to the dentist to my detriment, and post-Covid I realised I had big problems and really needed to do something about it. I had seen Dartford Dental soon after it opened and it looked clean and professional. I decided to take it one step at a time. 1) Go in and explain my predicament. How was the reception? Excellent. Brooke was friendly and understanding and it was unintimidating. 2) Book a consultation. Saturday appointments available. Excellent. I have taken on a second job since Covid and this suited me perfectly. 3) Meet the dentist. This was going to be a crucial moment. All down to gut instinct and trust. Dr. Radwan Quayyam has a fantastic manner and professionalism and I knew I was just going to trust his judgement and guidance. The preparation and build up was thorough so I knew what I was going to have to prepare for mentally in getting full lower implants in one sitting… It’s a big deal, certainly it was for me, and on the day I was certainly nervous but felt that I had been well prepared for what to expect. Radwan and Brooke were joined by Ange and Laura, who were both so professional and helpful and friendly and really helped put me at ease, it’s well outside my comfort zone having such intrusive work done over about four hours, but the whole team made it bearable… they even bought me a small tub of ice cream and a juice whilst Steve made up the dentures from the mould that had been made after the implants had been fixed. I can’t recommend them highly enough… I need some work done on the top teeth next, it’s a week since the operation and I’m healing nicely, booked in for a checkup in another week or so and will discuss how to approach the next step… Thanks to all of you for your support and making such a potentially traumatic experience a bearable one. Wish I’d done it sooner!

Lovely modern dentist , nice and clean you get a very friendly service off the reception and very good treatment from dentiists . Staff are very good at explaining every detail of the treatment and the best way to proceed with a dental plan, the are calm and patient , as a nervous visitor to the dentist this meant a lot to me . Only down side is they are not very good at sticking to appointment times , i have often waiting 30mins over my appointment time to be seen but in the great scheme of things that is a little thing .

Excellent hygienist service delivered by Oormila and her nurse Amira. Oormila is genuinely the best hygienist I’ve ever seen, she talks you through your care plan and gives lots of practical advice. My teeth have never looked better. Highly recommended !
