I found Gravesham Trophy Centre by chance via a Google search and I am so pleased I did. The customer service received was excellent from start to finish! Communication via email was swift and clear, and John couldn't be more helpful if he tried. I ordered a large amount of personalised medals for my pupils, the turn around time was really quick. We experienced a blip with delivery due to the courier, but this was not Gravesham Trophy Centre's fault. John dealt with it and was able to re-make and re-send my delivery in such a fast time, and with no extra cost to me. Honestly, the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Above all of that, the medals are of fantastic quality, look beautiful, and put a big smile on lots of little ones faces!! I will, without a doubt, order again in the future!
