We have been dealing with Darlows Llanishen since 9th October 2021 when we decided to sell Tim Davies came and valued the property for us he was very friendly and told everything we needed to know which was great .we sold are property but unfortunately fell through so Tim being Tim got back to it and sold it again .so what I got to say about the Darlows team are great and friendly. But Tim Davies is an absolute legend in are book he has been there every step of the way even when I'm shouting and crying down the phone but this wasn't due to Darlows. He is amazing at his job couldn't have done it without him I probably drove him up the wall . He has done what he promised he's a star . Thanks

Darlows were the marketing agents for the house we were purchasing. They were great in progressing the matter as much as they could (the seller's conveyancers were quite unresponsive to our conveyancer throughout). Without Tim Davies (Darlows Llanishen Senior Branch Manager) stepping in to help, we would have withdrawn from the transaction. Very grateful Tim was able to resolve matters to get the seller's conveyancer in a position to exchange!
