Awful! Noisy, children banging on the pianos, which are being sold. Smell of cigarettes, owners need to get rid of this, as children in the shop. Pianos were not of a good standard for the price being asked. Not one member of staff made themselves known, as too hectic.

A wasted trip. I made the effort to travel down to Enfield as I'd heard good things about this store with the view to buying a digital piano. I was in the store for over half an hour and I only saw a member of staff at most once - at some point a woman wandered in from the back, made eye contact and half smiled, then left again. Possibly she was shop staff, possibly not, who knows? Other people in the store appeared to be parents waiting for their kids to do piano lessons. At least my son got to try out a few different pianos on his own accord, but I left the shop no better off than before I entered. Don't waste your time here, it's not worth it.
