My wife and I attended recently to see Rapunzel After Dark ballet performance, which was excellently staged with very imposing metal structures that the dancers made full use of. Very thought provoking performance with just enough narrative to help to keep track of the thoughts and feelings of the characters. The theatre itself has been beautifully renovated and looks well. The seats are still not as good as found in modern cinemas for comfort/space, but better than some other venues locally (e.g. Theatre Royal). Two large glasses of wine came to £13.40...that apart, we had a great night.

Beautiful inside, well organised and have some great shows on. The "best seats" are quite narrow not much butt or arm room so being a large lady I always try to book end of row seats.
