We visited the Hertford shop and were delighted by the range of sofas and the fantastic customer experience. Aimee was phenomenal in her attentiveness and in her knowledge of all the Darlings product ranges. She was extremely professional and not at all pushy, providing expert and honest advice. The large hanging swatches of all fabric options made it super easy to decide on our final sofa. Would highly recommend Darlings in Hertford.

Great products but poor service. Staff made us feel unwelcome from the minute we walked in. We drove over an hour and a half to get there and after entering an empt to shop we weren’t even greeted with a simple hello. We had several questions but felt very rushed to ask them and were not even offered a seat whilst we were holding our baby or a tour of the sofas that might have interested; she simply pointed to the other end of the room. In the end there were not any sofas suitable for us but after driving all that way we expected a bit more effort from them. Disappointed

Had a sofa made with a custom 100% natural fabric. They covered it in fire retardant chemicals without asking. All other decent manufacturers use interliners with natural fabrics to avoid these toxic chemicals. Shameful.
