    Took in a 7" vinyl today. Which I sell on a regular basis. The older worker who I have known for years as I used to live in Victoria Road. Decided that he would upgrade my small letter to a large letter and overcharged me. I've heard this as happened to many. I will use rough hay post office in future. GREEDY NO NEED FOR THIS! Literally robbed me needs reporting to royal mail head office.

    I'm never going there again! The last 2 or 3 times i returned a parcel i did not get a proof of return and guess what, the parcels never returned to the companies which meant i wouldn't get a refund since i couldn't prove that my items were indeed returned! The last time i even asked, do i not get a receipt or anything and i was told no u get nothing. Decided to go to the post office in Wednesbury and DID get a proof of return

    Couldnt do a simple task such as putting the return label sticker on my parcel correctly and couldnt be botherd to cover my address using the return label printed so now my parcels being delivered back to me since the 14/12/2022 called and spoke to a guy called Raj whos an absolute rude human and doesnt know that manners cost nothing.

    Appalling service. The older man behind the counter was rude and very unhelpful. His attitude was horrific the post office staff had made an error he was not willing to help or check his records and rectify the issue. Will be taking my business elsewhere in future.
