I phoned in the morning to enquire about pillar caps and was advised they had some in stock. I drove to the store to pick them up and told they didn't have any and to prove who i phoned and who i spoke to. I cross-referenced the phone number that i had dialled from my call history and ran through the conversation. It was established that I had called the right place and the person who advised me had gone home but they couldn't help. I'm not overly impressed with the wasted trip and then having to prove my conversation but we move on!
