I’d highly recommend Dari’s studio or 1 to 1 classes. After lots of zoom yoga through lockdown I was feeling in need of some personalised feedback and in private teaching Dari helped me with alignment and encouraging me to challenge myself but in a very patient and non-judgemental way. Her sequences are always varied, dynamic and playful. Dari also has a great energy and she has taken the time to send me advice around certain postures. If you’re a beginner or more experienced yogi I would advise to try her classes!

Daria is a fantastic teacher! It is clear she is a very experienced yogi. The classes - even though they are now online due to restrictions - are always really interesting. No matter your own ability Daria always makes you feel included and offers variations on the poses based on people’s abilities. I always really enjoy my classes!
