It took 40 years to reach the point of seeing a surgeon and finally following through. It was Mr Nikkhah’s gentleness that won me over. I never for a moment doubted his skill and professionalism. I trusted him from the first time I met him. The hospital was comfortable and the standard of care from the staff was exemplary. I’m 74 years old and I cannot believe the difference this breast reduction has made to my life. I feel lighter. I’m much more upright and completely out of pain. I don’t feel in constant danger of falling over because I’m top heavy. My breasts are no longer pendulous and down by my waist but smaller and self supporting. The biggest change is how my confidence has grown. I look in the mirror and I like what I see. I am the woman I’ve always wanted to be.
