2 stars ..only for the staff ...that's it. This hospital is on its knees. To many people use this hospital and it cannot cope. It's nickname is death Valley for a reason and the food is an absolute disgrace. Lunch was a baked potato....no butter , no cheese , no slice in the top, no knife and fork....just a potato to eat like an apple. An awful hospital

The waiting times and the treatment of the patients at the A&E is absolutely awful. Starting from the security guards who just greet you by shouting for no reason to the nurse assistant I had to deal with - Sammie Jo she was so rude and even cruel she made me burst in to tears. You wonder why some people pick a nursing job with zero emphasis in them. She even said she isn’t getting paid enough for this job. It is scary to be at the mercy of such people. Avoid this A&E.

I was admitted in this hospital for 3 nights. In my candid opinion, all the staff that attended to me including Nurses, Doctors and Healthcare cares support workers are all amazing. They responded to my request in good time with positive actions. Well done for good work of dedication.

A&E.... maybe a suggestion.. people that are sick or in alot of pain do not love to sit on cold uncomfortable metal seats in A&E sometimes upwards of 9+ hours.. its not a very nice thing to experience & has actually stopped me from attending A&E probably when I should have, just bacause I dread what I've got to sit in the next how ever long. The severity of your situation or injury has nothing to do with how quickly your seen either.
