Ordered oil through the heating oil company after 3 weeks I tried contacting the company filling in the form online no response the following week spoke to someone said they were going to sort it 36 days after the order I visited the office sorted out delivery the following day

Been calling multiple times for 3 days, left 2 messages, nobody ever picks up and they don’t answer messages either, queues on phone non existent (voicemail says “customer no1 in queue”), can’t book online because they say I must call. Right... Went to Ford Fuels, seamless booking process and they actually do respond to customers. That’s where I will be doing my business with now despite not initially be my first choice. Very poor customer services at Darch oil and previous reviews confirm it too .

Darch Oil Management you please need to spend some time teaching your office staff how to treat customers correctly and be respectful. I have been a customer of Darch Oil for a number of years but the way I have just been treated by One of your staff members is disgusting and I will be moving my business to another company
