Delicious (and affordable) Malaysian food in town. Unfortunately they only open for lunch. As mains, we ordered a Mie Kari Ayam (chicken curry noodle) for £15 and a rice set option with 2 dishes - lamb curry and courgette stir fry - for £12.50. And for the appetiser, we had Keropok Lekor (£6) which looked very similar to Otak-otak from Indonesia. Both main dishes were delicious and very flavourful. The Mie Kari Ayam was spicy and hot! 🔥 but still enjoyable for us. So be careful if you want to order this. The rice mix portion was HUGE! It was very fulfilling for us. Our favourite was the Keropok Lekor!! We hadn’t been able to find this dish anywhere in London and they served it well.

I’ve always wanted to try this place, a reminder of Malaysian food back home. However because it’s only open on weekdays until 3pm I don’t have the chance since I’m working. Finally today it happened to be a public holiday so I was able to visit! I got the Nasi Goreng Gila - portion was huge enough for 2 ppl, with sambal egg and fried chicken. Yummy! I was also impressed by the ambience, very lovely and cosy place with natural lighting. And more so by the warmth from the staff which reminded me of home 🇲🇾 so friendly and big hearted - the chef even gifted me food for sahur on the house to bring back. I was so touched, thank you Chef Wan, Abang Lan and Kakak Aulia for treating me well. Selamat berpuasa and Hari Raya in advance! - Batrisya 07/04/2023
