My poodles are toys and mini’s all well loved pets. Most are kept in pet trims but Sophie is also very capable of trimming my show poodle. I would not hesitate to recommend her service. Came this morning to have our dog groomed. Not very happy with the service we received is an understatement. Our dog is really nervous at groomers due to bad experiences in the past and this hasn't helped him. Told off by the owner for calling him good boy trying to reassure him. Blaming me for not looking after him properly which isnt the case, she said he doesnt appear to have been walked very often due to his claws being long, this isnt the case either he is walked 3 times a day minimum. How she spoke to me was disgusting and she never tried to reassure my dog . Avoid at all costs.
