Had a set of alloy wheels refurbished that were corroding, bubbling, & had previously been spray painted over grey. Alex was professional & friendly, even opening up early so that we could drop the car off around our work hours. He also stayed late on the 2nd day as he had a technical problem with his oven, which he fixed. We couldn't pick the car up until 7:15pm but it was done on the day he said it would be. Extremely happy with the customer service & level of communication. The new shadow chrome wheels on my old Mazda look mint. Photo's attached, including one of the old wheels for comparison.

I really wanted us these guys as they're local and recommended. Unfortunately the service isn't great and most importantly the quality is terrible. I took in a motocross frame, a bicycle frame and some fork lowers, the motocross frame had countless areas where they have painted over blast media that hadn't been cleaned away properly creating a poor finish. I was not expecting perfection however for the finished article to be pooring out Blast media is a bad sign. You've also coated over the headset bearing cups without Masking them? The bicycle was coated without removing the derailleur hanger or bunging the holes so the bb had to be tapped to remove overspray, the paint on the hanger will crack due to flex and the bolts don't fit! The worst item was the fork lowers, the first time they were coated I refused them as the paint finish was lumpy and thick orange peel. The 2nd time round it is clear they have been blasted with no care for the internals as the bushings were blasted away and non-existent, brake mount holes painted over! You have ruined a £200 item. I so wanted to like you, but you should assess your quality, it seems you have financial difficulties after spitting out my items within 1 day and requesting a transfer to your personal account. Stay away!
