I can’t believe I waited 6 years to book these guys in for a service. 🙈 We had a Gazco gas fireplace that we used no more than 10 times. Then it had a gas leak so was capped off. Finally got round to calling Stovax/Gazco who had Danton Fireplaces on their recommended list so called them, got the next available service and they had fixed it and had it working in less than 30 minutes. As we had let it sit so long the seal around the gas tap inside had dried and cracked. So now I know why I need to get it serviced every year. Why didn’t I call sooner!! The guy who did the service was brilliant. And I could have made his job a lot easier if I wasn’t searching for the remove for 25 minutes. But he was super patient. Thank you. 😄😄 One of those easy jobs that you don’t get round to doing….. then 6 years passed by. But in those 6 years it’s been a lovely expensive coffee table.

Had 2 stoves installed , you could tell a difference in one of them as the flu was smaller than the collar in the stove which was correct . But in the other stove , we had the stove removed to tile the floor , the flu wouldn’t fit back in the collar as it measured 6inch same as the collar , our chimney sweep said it had been installed like this and was never far enough down , after contacting Danton fireplaces we were told 3 times they would call back with answers guess what , no one called at all we had to keep calling them , then they wanted £89 to check out a problem that they had caused when installing the fire . Didn’t bother got a professional to correct the problem . Wouldn’t entertain Danton fireplaces at all ! Customer aftercare is shocking too
