Will never use again! Essentially got laughed at and called a lier on the phone, not really bothered about the defective part they had sent me. Commented that “well it was on offer” like it’s some sort of justification of the defective item and when I was able to correct them and point them to the description on their own website that proved I wasn’t lying, I still got no acknowledgment or apology. Probably fine to use until there’s a problem. I think whoever answered the call in the shop needs to learn basic customer service skills. Worst experience ever.
