As a long-time client, I have always been satisfied with the quality of your flowers and the level of service that I have received in the past. However, my recent experience was nothing short of terrible. The working staff at your store were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic kindness and empathy. I felt like I was being pushed out of the shop without being given any attention or assistance. This was the worst experience of my life when it comes to buying expensive flowers and receiving such terrible service. As a result of this experience, I will never come back to your store and I will not recommend it to anyone. I am deeply disappointed that a store that I once trusted and enjoyed doing business with has let me down in such a profound way. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of service that you provide to your customers. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The flowers are fine but the customer service is often unfriendly and ruins the fun of buying flowers. There are plenty of other florists nearby where you’ll feel much better looked after and leave smiling.

I was obviously in a hurry (on my way to a wedding) and asked the woman working there if they had any white roses. I was shown a small bunch of 10 roses and was told that they were £40… absolutely shameless hiking of the price. She then tried to sell me 20 for…. £80! Avoid at all costs - there are plenty more decent flowers and florists in the area.
