I placed an order online and needed an urgent delivery. I called the shop and they were extremely helpful. It was late in the day but they rushed to the post office to send it special delivery. Parcel arrived early next morning and it was gift wrapped too. Fantastic customer service and super friendly. Lovely item too! Many thanks :)

Staff very rude, abusive & made me feel very intimidated. I was shouted at for not wearing a mask in the shop & then shouted as I left I should wear a mask the next time. Staff should be more mindful and respectful of circumstances where individuals are exempt from mask wearing. Some people are less able to wear face coverings, and the reasons for this may not be visible to others. It is not required by law that you have to prove you are exempted to not wear a mask. I will not be returning to this shop & will pass on my experiences to others.
