I took my silver bracelet to be soldered (which would have cost me £25) if they hadn’t examined it closely & noticed not of links were soldered so they kindly clasped broken link together & even tightened all the others free of charge. Very pleased with service highly recommended.

First time wearing my gold bracelet after a repair done at Daniels …IT BROKE !!! … Luckily I was in home when this happened as I would of been extremely upset to of lost this most precious bracelet whilst out never to be seen again Will now be sure to take all my repairs to a reputable jeweller where I can be sure of the quality of their work … lesson learnt !!

I would say the prices are at the top end for alteration/repairs but the service and quality of job was amazing so you get what you pay for, done in quick time due to me going on holiday so they really pulled out the stops, thanks so much, would never use anywhere else
