On Wednesday Elizabeth and the Staff at Masterson helped us to say Goodbye to a beloved sister.They handled everything from start to finish with compassion, dignity and the most loving of care .Elizabeth held our hands through out this and also our brother’s passing three months ago . We had cause to use their services twice more in the past four years and always they have been professional and caring abore and beyond the norm. I was horrified to read that they have rude staff and are a badly run establishment that care little for the community.Their work and their late son Jerome’s Charitable works throughout many !many years is testimony enough to show that they care very much .It is hurtful to read such things ,especially about Elizabeth who is angel and has a very special God given Gift that she also passed on to her son , May He Rest in Peace .An apology Is very much in order .That comment should be taken down .

Masterson's made organising my late mum's funeral as pain free as possible. Elizabeth is so caring, compassionate and attentive. She made my sister and I feel at ease, showed a genuine understanding of how emotional we were and spent time talking with us. She said " we will care for your mum" and we believed her. We were in no doubt that mum would be cared for, given the respect and dignity she deserved. Elizabeth is so kind and made for what we anticipated being an awful meeting very calm and relaxing and relatively stress free. On the day of the funeral Roy was again kind, caring and attentive to the families needs. A lovely man to have there on the day, taking away any potential stresses we may have had. The celebrant Deborah Page was outstanding. Caring, funny and made mums funeral a celebration of her life which is exactly how we wanted it. There was no need for us to organise anything Deb and Elizabeth did it all. Wonderful people making the most heartbreaking time in our lives stress free and honouring our mum perfectly, thank you.

I'm sorry to write a negative review but given my experience it's hard to believe your service has any 5 star reviews. You were unbelievably disorganized. Literally minutes before the funeral began, you were asking us questions to which you had previously received the answers weeks in advance. You removed the cards from the flowers without warning, meaning I never got to know who bought what so I could thank them. You promised the money people donated to charity would be delivered within 6 weeks, yet it was only after months of chasing that you finally donated it! I could go on, but the bottom line is this: if the send off your loved ones receive is important to you, don't go with this company.
