Completely unprofessional. Item damaged in their care, told item ready to collect on the phone when it was not, tried to give me the item without a frame (item was listed with a frame), staff eating lunch (greasy meat with sauce!?) splayed across the table and next to art and antiques. Absolutely awful and will never purchase from here again. You’ve been warned.
