    Poor level of service. I ordered an expensive item that appeared to be listed as in stock and waited for the delivery details. After a couple of days with no contact I emailed them only to receive a curt, unhelpful reply that said the item wasn't in stock - no other information. I had to basically chase them both for an explanation and, ultimately a cancellation and refund. They ignore emails and it's taken me the best part of a week to get my money back, once again with no communication or reply to my emails.
