tem delivered was damaged in multiple places. Had clearly been returned by another customer - multiple shipping labels on the packaging attested to that - and then shipped to me damaged. Knowingly or unknowingly. If one assumes they wouldn’t knowingly ship damaged items, then at best it reflects very poorly on their quality control. When I raised this issue with customer services, the first response was to offer £30 to keep the item. A £30 discount which, it should be noted, was already being offered in Danetti’s bank holiday sale. So effectively asking me to keep a damaged item - one that they may even have known was damaged pre shipping - without any compensation whatsoever. A very poor experience end-to-end.
