Good value day out with a two year old. Cost under £13 for him and I, and no further money was spent once inside. Took a picnic and was pleased to find places to sit to eat it readily available both indoors and outside under cover or at picnic tables if you preferred . Lots of high chairs available to use too. Everything is included in the entry fee and there was plenty to do to keep him entertained for five hours. Not sure what age group this is designed for but I would say age 2 to 8. The animals there seem well cared for and I thought the staff employed to look after them seemed to care. The staff readily answered questions with satisfactory and sensible answers. The car parking area was large enough and the toilets etc were to a high standard. I went on a Thursday during term time. It has been a lot more packed when I have been before on a weekend .
