Dancefit is a brilliant Adult class to have fun, groove to the variety of music and dance moves and get fit!! Coming from a busy family its a great way for me to have an hour to myself. I feel I’m progressing each week and look forward to the next. I only joined last September and so wish I’d joined sooner!!
